Ornamental Grasses and Flowering Herbs
D5 offers a variety of shapes and designs for each plant species, giving you the freedom to mix and match according to your specific needs. With ornamental grasses like Reed, Alum Root and Tricolor Taro, you can easily lay out larger areas.

Additionally, you can use Fairy Lily, Fortune’s Kafir Lily and other flowering herbs to add small accents to your design. Both help to enhance the depth and richness of your landscape design.

Shrubs and Flowering Shrubs
From regular shrubs like blueberry and rosemary to eye-catching flowering species like Bluebeard and red-flowered Loropetalum, these new additions are perfect for sprucing up vast expanses of lawn.

Using the path tool, you can effortlessly place the plants along a line. Looking to shave some time off your future projects? Create your own custom plant arrangements and save them as reusable plant combos.
Flowering Trees, Broadleaf Trees, and Conifers
This update adds species that are well-suited for a range of climates and regions. Perfect for any cross-regional projects you have in mind.

The new batch of broadleaf trees includes River Birch and American Red Tree, as well as Eucalyptus and Lemon. Fan of flowering trees? Look for Lotus Magnolia and California Nutmeg. If coniferous trees are more your speed, we’ve got Japanese Black Pine and Southern Yellow Pine.

Palms, Xerophytes
Designing a landscape in a dry environment? Look for drought-tolerant plants such as Agave and Short-leaved Sisal. To spice up the place, add some coastal vibes with palm trees like Cabbage Palm or Saw Palmetto. Their unique shapes and forms are perfect for enhancing the visual appeal of any landscape.
